I’m not much of a thick cat’s eye liner gal - it skews retro on me and I end up looking more like a burlesque dancer/rockabilly diehard than the fresh, modern personage I aspire to be - but I often fill in my lash line with a fine brush and liquid liner … and I love that super tight liner look too.
