I know going out is about getting dressed up and superfance but … what about for these after work affairs when the sun’s still up?  I feel weird layering on the makeup for early evening things … it’s light out at 8pm! The world is not ready to see how jarringly not-straight my cat’s eye liner is.

So my new party look is “fresh-faced.”  I basically want to look like I just got slapped by one of those hot towels they give you at the sushi restaurant.

The 3-Minute Facial with Ginger delivers on the “glow” promise … flushed, rosy cheeks and super-moisturized skin.  I think the price point ($50) is worth it for a facial-like result.  I followed with the brightening Acne Treatment with Green Apple (and 1% Salicylic Acid, which is probably doing a lot of the hard work).  It smells like a sophisticated jolly rancher, so just put your mouth on me next time it’s air kiss time at cocktail hour.
