2 mins to glow time

Givenchy is so serious about the science of skincare that they just boldly drop this - and only this - copy on the listing for this product:

Fresh and metallic-effect texture mask which provides new-looking skin in only two minutes.

Damn, that’s bold! What is this time-traveling alchemy about?

The L’Intemporel Global Youth Beautifying Mask is a potent delivery system for their Timeless Blend Complex and no lie it does seem wildly forward-thinking, especially when we over here spend a lot of time reading about and experiencing the same basic skincare ingredients over and over. It’s not cheap at $85 so basically - it better be SCIENCE.

Not only does it include AHA’s (which provide the instant refresh of a mini peel) and Hyaluronic Acid (also a quick booster for non-oily moisture), it has encapsulated polyphenols that only activate on contact with skin. What this actually means is: these antioxidants, which help prevent and reverse the signs of aging like discoloration, fine lines etc., don’t degrade in the formula. I love this idea for a mask because they take a long time to use up, yet are usually an investment - especially a luxury formula like this. Lastly … it contains an “intelligent light sensitive ingredient” that fights aging while also contributing to smoother, denser looking skin. So I guess don’t use it in the dark? ; )

The formula is super smooth, cool on contact, and actually just fun to use … with its bright, shimmery rose gold finish that’s like a thick metallic coat of fancy French-smelling paint. I love it as a pre-going out jam because it stays on in the steam of the shower, but then easily rinses and leaves you with a boosted, refreshed look.
