The other week, I was outrunning salespeople trying to touch me strolling through Henri Bendel and I came upon an area that was a cross between the sticker section of a kids’ store (remember those?!) and a nail bar.  It was the Incoco Dry Nail Applique station.

I’d heard a lot about this nailpolish-as-sticker thing and tried some early versions, but in this case it was the salesperson that actually made me stop.

She had on gold glitter french manicure tips, which I had her do on one of my fingers.  It was super simple and looked amazing.  Henri Bendel has a great deal going on that includes this adorable kit plus 3 sets of nail stickers for $40.00.

I completed the gold glitter french manicure at home by myself (as shown above) and I’m also the proud wearer of some copper-ish pink glitter toenails.

The bottom line is, these things let you do stuff you could never do at home by yourself - but they do take a little time and if you have narrow nails like I do, you have to cut some of them down. I applied a clear coat of polish on top, which was trick I learned from The Coveted.  This makes it looks a little more like a real manicure for some reason.  The crazy thing is, this stuff looks and smells like nail polish - because it is!

Does this: Smudge-proof, perfect actual nail polish you apply like a sticker
Is this: Incoco Dry Nail Applique (set shown from Henri Bendel)
Get this: At Henri Bendel or individual packs online here
Price: $40.00 set; $8.99-$10.99 per pack

Have you guys tried nail appliques?  What did you think?
