Summer melty face affects women everywhere.  I’m in New York City and it’s absolutely the worst for makeup … the humidity soars in the summer and before you’ve even hailed a cab (let alone set foot in the sweaty subway), your face has liquified.

I have to admit my #1 cult favorite mattifier is La Mer Oil Absorbing Lotion but it’s TWO HUNDRED AND TEN DOLLHAIRS for 1.7 oz.  I co-sign if you can afford this, but for the rest of us …

                

I love Skindinavia No More Shine Makeup Finish (Oily Skin Formula). It’s a pro makeup artist cult favorite, which is all the assurance I needed. You just mist it and go.  You can also decant some into a little travel bottle for your purse to mattify your t-zone in the afternoon or before you leave work for your hot date. I don’t know about you but I like to look good when I’m caressing my Chipotle burrito at that singles bar by the window that they have goin’ on.
