Is your refrigerator running? Go catch it bro Is your refrigerator running? Go catch it bro. Because I have some weird cult beauty looking for a place to spend the night. I got this Vichy Aqualia Antiox New Skin Serum in Canada recently for two reasons - I was intrigued by the mix-your-own aspect, and I consistently hear derms recommending Vitamin C serum as a good addition to your anti-aging regimen, because of the antioxidant effect. This comes with a packet of pure Vitamin C powder at 10% concentration (it also contains Vitamin E), which you mix in yourself. The bottle has a blank space to write in dates, because it expires 21 days after blending. And you have to store it in the fridge! The idea is that the Vitamin C breaks down more slowly and thus retains potency. Bonus, this has no preservatives or parabens. The claim (clinically-proven) is smoother skin in 21 days. I love using this - it feels very light and soothing. It’s also cold, which is nice for morning puffery. It has a very medicinal smell, though, just warning you. Here it is chilling (literallllly) in my fridge with Auntie J.
