I feel like aromatherapy is subtly but majorly I feel like aromatherapy is subtly but majorly trending. A few intellectual and chic ladies I know have mentioned to me that it has a real effect on their mental fitness and that they prefer essential oil blends to perfume (or wear them like perfume). For this reason, and because they had an oil called Non-Stop Thoughts, which is my middle name, I was very into reviewing this line from Tazeka.Founder Zena Hallam is a clinical aromatherapist who has trained in England, France and US, but the foundation of her work comes from watching her mother heal locals around her in Guyana using herbal medicine, including her own grandmother. Tazeka modernizes the harnessing of naturals to “clear clutter” mentally and physically through aromatherapy and also, I guess, not create clutter in your bag or on your shelf- because the bottles are extremely cool. Just to nerd out from a product development standpoint for a second, they are stock glass rollerballs encased in a custom plastic shell. But we digress…There’s really a blend for everyone and every scenario - from sleepless nights to headaches, optimism, love (ok, sex), weight loss (appetite), and of course over-active brain syndrome aka me most of the time. Also, PMS. The list goes on.Each blend contains only 100% organic, unsprayed, or wild-crafted pure essential oils, pure organic jojoba wax, and natural tocopherols (which is Vitamin E - a preservative). The thing about them for me is that their mere existence in your life causes mindfulness, and mindfulness - i.e. stopping and being aware of the issue and breathing through it, being open to it, etc. - is probably half of the solution anyway. At least it is for me. So if you can also have this wonderful smelling experience while you are chilling out acknowledging your issue, more mental power to you. Plus, like I said, they are so good looking…Does This: Aromatherapy for lifeIs This: Tazeka Aromatherapy OilsGet This: Tazeka AromatherapyPrice: $39.50-$44.95Image Credit: Marie Claire Mexico beauty, skincare, perfume, fragrance, wellnessann sommaSeptember 4, 2015beauty, skincare, fragrance, aromatherapy, best aromtherapy, tazeka aromatherapy review Facebook0 Twitter Pinterest0 0 Likes
