A coworker of mine with a fine eye for design turned me on to Snowberry recently.
When the packaging looks like this, do you really care if it works? Ok, fine. Care away. Snowberry is a natural skincare company from New Zealand; the products are all about skin nutrition. They have their own garden (well, more like a plantation) where they cultivate bio actives. The products contain no petrochemicals, silicones, glycols, lauryl sulphates, etc. The company is Carbon Zero certified.
But, what I really loved is that the products look, feel and act different. The line is a complete cleansing and anti-aging treatment system, but I’m just going to talk about the Instant Deep Cleanser.
- You think gel is going to come out -> bright orange cream comes out!
- You think it’s going to foam -> it does not, it turns into a smooth emulsion.
- You think it’s going to leave your skin squeaky clean (deep cleanser, right?) -> it leaves you cleansed, but dewy, and doesn’t strip your skin’s own beneficial micro flora.
I also love the Nourishing Lite Day Cream for my acne-prone skin.
It’s great to see a line that is holistically right on point - design, product principals, company principals, efficacy, etc. Get it while it’s cult! It’s not available in the U.S. yet (get on that, retailers).
Does this: Removes makeup and dirt without stripping skin, 100% naturally.
