European breakfast. On my body. This is not a food May 16, 2011 ann somma European breakfast. On my body. This is not a food blog, friends. I’m here to talk about Perlier Soin de Miel Honey Nurturing Body Balm. I have a real thing for not-lotions: those beautiful hybrids that walk a fine line between cream and gel. Today at a local chemist (aka drugstore) here in Cyprus, I discovered this balm - it has a super-light, cooling texture that’s a bit like vanilla pudding, and it absorbs quickly like a gel then, once it’s sunk in, seems to turn into a rich, ultra-moisturizing crème, leaving a glossy finish. So perfect for summer legs. It’s made with organic Italian honey, and it just smells ever-so-faintly of it. (I love a lotion that barely smells). It comes in a HUGE elegant jar in a beautiful paper box. It’s a new product from this Italian brand whose focus is on plant science. It’s not on their US site yet but a few eBay sellers stock it at a suspiciously large discount (it’s about 25 euros normally, which is approx $33) - or you can pick it up on your next trip, or write me and I’ll pick one up for you ; ) Does this: Rich, yet light-feeling organic honey body balmIs this: Perlier Soin de Miel Honey Nurturing Body BalmGet this: HerePrice: Bargains on eBay, but normally about $33 top image via
